Dalam hal ini, Iron Man memilih untuk bekerja sama dengan pemerintah Amerika dan mendukung progam tersebut, sementara Captain America bertindak sebaliknya. Akhirnya konfrontasi di antara dua kubu ini pun tak terelakkan. Menurut info, game ini akan menampilkan banyak sekali tokoh superheroes Marvel, diantaranya adalah Deadpool!!

Untuk soal Gameplaynya Vicarious Visions sebagai developer tetap mempertahanan sistem Fusion, dimana superheroes dapat saling menggabungan kekuatannya menjadi gabungan yang lebih kuat dan unik.
